Hello Settlers!

Very fast update for our backers from the USA and Canada!

In the next 48 hours, you will receive an email that will allow you to change your address one last time before shipments start. If you do not need to change your shipping address, you can ignore this mail.

After these 48 hours, those who need to change address must send us a ticket using our Support Page.

If your new address is in a country other than the previous one, you will not have to use the email, but open a ticket on the Support Page. In this case, there will probably be a small fee to add. This procedure can be ignored in the event of a change of State within the USA (it's a normal address change).

Hello Settlers!

As I told you a few days ago, on the Message Board came the Official Statement from Funagain Logistic, the company that acquired ShipNaked, which explains the reasons for the delay of the shipment to the USA and Canada.

Here is the text of the statement so that everyone can read it and stay informed:

Greetings Sine Tempore Backers,

As of August 28th, 2019, we are preparing to pick, pack, and ship Sine Tempore US and Canada reward packages out to you. We anticipate starting shipping this coming week, the week ending September 6th, 2019.

We apologize for the delay in fulfillment from the previous shipping estimate from our Londonderry Ship Naked facility. We had anticipated we may be able to begin fulfillment in August but the rush of Gen Con and general shipment volume caused an additional delay of a few weeks.

As of July 15th, 2019, Funagain acquired Ship Naked and is now operating all facilities. We appreciate your patience as we catch up on our backlog and improve our capacity for future shipments.

Due to the complexity of these packages and the care we take to prepare them, the order fulfillment and packing process will take many weeks. We will provide another update to Ludus Magnus once all picking, packing, and shipping is complete.

You should receive a shipping notification to the email you included in your survey or pledge manager when your package label is printed or scanned through the local facility.

I take advantage of this update to remind you of our contacts for missing boxes and Replacements.

- If your order is missing any items, open a ticket using our Support Page.
The missing item will be sent to you directly from the reference HUB in your area.

- If you find damaged or missing material inside a box, submit a request using this FORM.
WARNING! Once the form has been filled in, your request is automatically accepted by our support service, without any further communication. The support service will contact you only if there is a problem or if we need further information from you regarding your request.

A note about the many replacement requests we are receiving for miniatures with bent parts.
This type of problem is very common in hard PVC miniatures, even if of excellent quality like those of Sine Tempore, and you could probably find it in models like the Hunters or Jukas (#SaveJukas), but fortunately it is a very easy problem to solve even for those who are not expert modelers.

Here you will find many guides on how to do, and with a few simple steps, you will have your miniature as new, without having to wait for the replacement times, which as you know are not yet short (we are trying to improve that ^^').


For our part (and here we are completely sincere with you), we would be very grateful with you, since we would have many fewer replacement requests to process and we could, therefore, optimize the times of the most urgent replacements (irretrievably broken or missing parts). Thank you so much for your help!

Hi, Settlers! 

A quick update on the status of shipments and the activities we are doing to facilitate your settlements!
 

Shipments
 

At the moment shipments to Australia, Europe and the Rest of the World are in full swing. Many boxes have already arrived, and the others will arrive in the coming days.  Our Fulfillment partners should complete shipments by the end of July with regards to Europe and with a few days of waste based on the different Rest of the World zones.
 

For shipments to the USA and Canada, currently, the boxes have arrived in the Londonderry (NH) HUB. Unfortunately, Shipnaked report us that at the moment it has overcrowding of pending orders that they are trying to dispose of in the shortest possible time, but which will be difficult for them to be able to start the finalization of ST shipments before August. Obviously, we are not at all happy with this situation, and we are trying to push for the case to be released as soon as possible. We will keep you updated.
 

Missing Boxes & Replacement
 

Now that shipments are coming, we have implemented our after-sales assistance system, dividing it into two sectors.
 

If your order misses some boxes, that is if for example, you do not find the Aracne Box while having ordered it, you must contact us either by opening a ticket on our Support page or by writing to us directly here on Kickstarter. In both cases, we will need your email, your address, and the description of the missing box. After the verification, the lost goods will be sent directly from the Hub in your area.
 

If, on the other hand, you need to replace damaged or missing parts of your order (such as miniatures or cards), you can fill out this FORM by providing the description and possibly photos of the damaged parts. We will contact you if there are any problems or to warn you that we are to send you what you requested.
 

Game Aid
 

Sine Tempore is finally on many tables, and already many have started their adventures on Primaevus V.
  We know we have created a rich and complex game that surely needs to be followed, to provide clarification on the rules and the many game situations that can arise during your games. For this, we have activated a series of useful aids.
 

On our BGG forum, you will find many threads that cover many aspects of the game from the Rules to Background. So if you haven't already done so, you can join the very active community and participate in A&Q or other useful discussions!
 

On our Support page, you will find various stuff that will be very useful to you: FAQ & Errata, lists of components and cards much more complete and various files including, as promised, the 3 STLs files to print barrels, terminals, and chests at will!
 

For today it's all I'll wait for you on the board if you need further clarification!

Shipments Update!

Hi Settlers!

A quick update to update you on the status of shipments and to inform you about a problem that has arisen in these days.

But let's start with the shipments as usual divided by the different areas:


Australia - The cargo is currently in customs and will, therefore, be released in the coming days, once it arrives at the hub near Sydney, fulfillment operations will begin.


USA & Canada - The ship is traveling, the ETA for the arrival in port is set for June 28th.


Asia - We have completed the fulfillment, if some Asian backers have not yet received their package, contact us to solve the problem.


EU, UK and Rest of the World - The cargo is at customs and 2 containers have already been unlocked and probably the Fulfillment for EU and UK will be completed by the second half of July.

That is the situation right now, of course, we update you as we get new information.

The Special Gift Issue

Thanks to reports from some Asian backers we found a problem with the 12 tool models that were part of the end-of-campaign special gift. Unfortunately due to a wrong communication between us and the factory you will not receive the 12 Tool models (4 barrels, 4 terminals, and 4 crates) but only one per type.

Unfortunately, we have only noticed this problem now, and at this moment we cannot remedy it. Fortunately, these are purely cosmetic elements to replace the relative tokens that you will find in the basic game, and their absence does not in any way affect your gaming experience, but being a gift we had made from the deep of our heart, we are very sorry that it is not gone entirely successful.

We trust that the amount and quality of what you will receive can somehow repay this mistake.

Hello Settlers!

here we are with a brief update on the status of shipments.

As you know the ship for EU backers and for the rest of the world is about to arrive in Hamburg (ETA 14/06) from where the orders will then be sorted to the various hubs.

In Asia, shipments are in the final phase, and some lucky backers in China have already received their package!

Meanwhile, all the boxes for USA, Canada, and Australia have already been embarked and here below I give you the names of the ships and the ETAs in their ports of destination:

We are now almos at the end of this long journey, and as always we thank you for your infinite patience and for your love for ST!

In the coming days, we will publish the first FAQ document with the first clarifications on some card and manual rules and small corrections. These documents will be updated as you begin to play ST if new game situations generate any further doubts about the rules.

As usual, you will be able to ask all your rules questions on our BGG forum and on the Sine Tempore FB page and Group.

Also good news for German backers! The translation of the core box manuals is almost complete and will undoubtedly be downloadable for when you receive your package, along with the translations of all the manuals of the expansions!
