Hello, Settlers!

A brief update to wish you a Merry Christmas and inform you of the status of replacements and orders not yet delivered.

I know that many of you are rightly complaining about the long waiting times to receive your replacements.

As I told you before, we had a lot of problems managing the many (too many) requests we received after the BRW and Sine Tempore delivery, but in the end, it seems like there is a light at the end of the tunnel!
In the last two weeks, we have sent a huge number of replacements, and in the picture, we show you the packages that started today.

Replacements...replacements everywhere

The remaining requests (now few) will be sent immediately after the Christmas holidays, in the first days of January 2020!

As for fulfillment, as mentioned in the last update, it ended, but we knew that some backers are still waiting for their package.
These are isolated cases that have occurred due to problems arising in the final shipment, such as incorrect addresses or lost packages.

We have already solved many of these cases, and we are assisting all those who have problems with the shipment, therefore, both for shipping problems and information about replacements, please contact me at the link below! I guarantee you a quick reply within 48 hours ;)

That's all for this update! The whole LMS team wishes each of you and your families a Merry Christmas and a happy new year!

Thank you for all your Support as ever!

Fulfillment Complete, Mission Achieved!
over 4 years ago – Wed, Nov 06, 2019 at 01:39:29 AM

Hello, Settlers!

It's a bit that you don't receive a new update. Still, I'm happy to inform you that the fulfillment of Sine Tempore is finally completed!

It is a great satisfaction for us to have finally arrived at the end of this long journey, despite all the problems that as you know have plagued this project, we are happy that at the end of it all you received your prize and that many of you are playing and appreciating our beloved game!

We know that some of you still have to receive their package, and we are collecting your feedback. Don't worry, this week we'll start the procedures to get all the boxes missing. Unfortunately, this type of problem is quite common during fulfillment. It can occur for many different reasons, such as a wrong address or a human error on the part of the courier.

In any case, I remind you of all our contacts for every problem with your pledge:

- If your order is missing any items, open a ticket using our Support Page.
The missing item will be sent to you directly from the reference HUB in your area.

 - If you find damaged or missing material inside a box, submit a request using this FORM.
WARNING! Once the form has been filled in, your request is automatically accepted by our support service, without any further communication. The support service will contact you only if there is a problem or if we need further information from you regarding your request.

A note about the many replacement requests we are receiving for miniatures with bent parts.
This type of problem is very common in hard PVC miniatures, even if of excellent quality like those of Sine Tempore, and you could probably find it in models like the Hunters or Jukas (#SaveJukas), but fortunately it is a very easy problem to solve even for those who are not expert modelers.

Here you will find many guides on how to do, and with a few simple steps, you will have your miniature as new, without having to wait for the replacement times, which as you know are not yet short.

We know we are very late with replacements. Unfortunately, the almost contemporary delivery of Sine Tempore and Wave 1 of Black Rose Wars and both games showed a higher number of errors inside the boxes than the norm, which has created many problems for our support department that, due to our limited resources, failed to meet the requests received. At the moment, we are trying to speed up the process and plan to finish shipping by the end of this month. We apologize very much for this further inconvenience. For the next projects, we have asked for higher quality control from the factory, and already from Dungeonology, we should see the effects of this improvement!

I would say that this is all boys, the whole LMS team, and I will never cease to thank you for all the support you have given us and for your immense patience. It has been two full years, many problems, but also a lot of satisfaction for being able to bring such an ambitious project as Sine Tempore to its conclusion.

We will continue to support ST on our BGG forums, updating the FAQs, and giving you support.

I cannot hide my emotions when writing these lines, and I hope that our work has paid off as you deserve. I hope you continue to follow us and follow our projects and to see the many fantastic people who have participated in Sine Tempore!

I leave you with the answer to the question that all of you have asked yourself:

After the events of Pandora, what happened to the Genesis?

Here is the answer:

A long long time ago the Genesis lands on the Earth

If you want to know more stay tuned today on Kickstarter and looking for D.E.I. - Divide et Impera!
